# Privacy, what this website records

> What this website records when you visit it, what it never collects, and where your business data lives once the platform runs on your own infrastructure.

This page is about this website, dehalab.com. The platform we build is a different answer, because it runs on your own infrastructure, and that is the section near the bottom.

## What we record when you visit

Opening a page writes one line on our side: which page, the address you arrived from, your browser's user agent string, your IP address, the country Cloudflare reads from it, and the device, browser and operating system we derive from that same user agent string.

Leaving a page writes one more: which page it was, how long it stayed open, how long it was actually visible, and how far down you scrolled. Nothing you type, click or select is recorded, because none of it is ever sent.

Both lines live in our own logging system on our own infrastructure and are deleted after 90 days. Visits that come from our own network are dropped before they are written at all.

## What we do not do

There are no advertising trackers on this site, no analytics product, no third party tags and no profile of you that follows you anywhere else. Nothing recorded here is sold or shared for advertising.

Reading the site needs no account and we do not ask for one. The fonts are served from this site rather than fetched from anyone else while you read.

## Cookies and what your browser keeps

This site sets no cookies. The only thing it keeps in your browser is one entry remembering that the manifesto was already shown to you on this visit, so that you are not handed it again. It never leaves your browser and it is never sent to us.

Clearing your site data removes it, and the only consequence is that the manifesto opens once more.

## Who else is involved

Cloudflare sits in front of the site. Every request passes through it, which is where the encrypted connection ends and where the country we log comes from.

Booking a meeting opens a Google appointment page inside our own panel. Picking a slot happens on Google's side under Google's terms, and the meeting invitation is created there.

Writing to us puts your message in our mailbox with whatever you chose to put in it. The documentation site is hosted separately and asks for a mail address before it opens, and that address is recorded so we know who asked.

## Your business data

The platform is installed on your own infrastructure. The data it reads, the answers it produces and the models it trains stay there. None of it passes through this website, and this website has no access to any of it.

Which parts of it we can see, what an agent is allowed to do with it and what is masked before anything leaves are on the security page rather than here, because they are properties of the platform rather than of this website.

## Asking what we have

Under Turkish data protection law and under the GDPR you can ask what is recorded about you and ask for it to be deleted. Write to ensar@dehalab.com and we will answer.

One practical note: a visit line can only be found by IP address and day, and it is gone after 90 days, so tell us roughly when you visited and from where.

## When this changes

If what we record changes, this page changes with it and the date above moves. There is no separate archive of older versions.
